sturdy, non-squeaky, simple to put together, i'm definitely happy with this product. only downside is how long it took to get here. definitely did not go out on it's ship date. other than that, no complaints.

I don't get what this headboard/footbard nonsense is -- I simply ordered a bedframe for an eastern King bed.. and though it fits the width the length is by far too long, leaving two hunks of metal and the welded end pieces protruding from the end of my bed by about 3 inches. Needless to say - that's rather unacceptable and likely to hurt someone. So -- am sending it back.If this has something to do with headboard compatibility... that's fine, but... by saying it has 'glides' for a headboard and footboard... it didn't seem to imply that the size of the frame itself was too long and unadjustable for those who don't have nor care for a headboard.I was considering getting one down the line.. I don't really need one (a headboard)... but I shouldn't have to deal with some dangerous metal protruding in my bedroom just because I don't have a headboard for this inflexible product.Anyway -- that's my rant. Buyer beware -- you MUST have a headboard of a specific density to fit this frame to your Eastern King bed properly.

It's a little big for by standard king bed, but makes plenty of room below the bed for extra storage!
