I read the one star review on here and didn't feel it did the actual product any justice, but just berated the shipping.The frame itself is solid and not difficult to assemble. I've had it for 5 months now with no real issues. The brakes on the wheels are ok, but the bed still moves around a bit more than I would prefer. It isn't a big deal, just a nuisance. I took one star off to correspond to that nuisance. Otherwise, I feel pretty good about the purchase.

This bed frame (got the King Size) is a SNAP to put together! NO TOOLS NEEDED! Once we had the pieces out of the box, my teenage son had it put together in literally less than 2 minutes. The pieces just slide into grooves and it is very solid once the box springs/mattress are on top! Also, the metal definitely looks high quality, like it will not sag or bend over time (which is why I replaced our last one). The bed seems very level now and doesn't make a sound. My only difficulty (which is why I took off a star - because I think they should have thought of that when designing a rolling bed frame) is the headboard issue. Once our headboard was bolted on (and we did it at the highest level possible), the rollers won't work because the legs of our metal headboard rest on the carpet. I bought some furniture sliders to put under them thinking that would help, but it didn't work and now I have a bunch of furniture sliders I don't need. So, I STILL have a bed that won't move despite the frame having nice big fat rollers underneath it. Argggggg. (I was so looking forward to rolling the bed out to vacuum underneath it! Seriously!) So, in summary, if you don't have a headboard, it is a 5 star frame. If you do, be prepared to not be able to roll it around (on carpet anyway). P.S. You cannnot attach a footboard to this frame, only a headboard - so if that matters, you should get a different frame.

I purchased a Tempurpedic bed and found the bedframe that came with it to be substandard. It was virtually impossible to move the bed without the middle supports breaking off. This bedframe fulfilled the need to move the bed and was very easy to assemble.
